Summer 2025 residential fence installation. We had a really frustrating experience with this company. 2 star review instead of 1 star because we did finally end up with a fenced in back yard and the fence materials are nice (6’ black chain-link, 6’ wood privacy fence, 4’ iron fence on deck). *We accepted the quote and paid our 50% deposit in early May and the fence was not fully installed until mid – November. This included 6 separate visits with partial installs. The first visit, they set the posts in the wrong places, including on our neighbor’s property. When we had them re-set the posts in the correct spots, they just cut down 2 of the difficult posts instead of correctly removing them which is just lazy. *We had no communication from them when they were coming or going or when they would return to finish the work. When we would try to call for updates, often no one picked up in the office, we left voicemails with no response. We texted Cooper with limited/delayed/no responses. *Every time after the crew left, I had to go around the yard and pick up trash: debris from the fence materials, trash (mainly plastic water bottles) and even tools left behind (found a saw blade in the dirt). We chose this company over a local competitor (both quotes were comparable in price) because we wanted to support a local/family owned business but we were frustrated with the whole process and wish we had chosen the other company. I think that improved communication, customer service and professionalism would have easily made our fence install a 5 star experience, but, unfortunately, it was not. We do want to give kudos to employee, Nolan, as he did his best with the information he had received for the job and did try to speed things along for us.
