I called and sent a building plan mid October asking for quote on a custom storefront wall. It’s been almost 5 weeks and I haven’t heard back so today I called before they opened and was planning on leaving a message. Unexpectedly, the owner named Levi answered. When I asked about our quote he said it was in his mix. When I asked him what that meant and when I could expect to hear back, he responded by asking me if I called anywhere else because he didn’t like that I was calling at 7am and demanding answers. I asked a simple question. I didn’t make any demands. I was shocked at the lack of basic human decency, not to mention professionalism.

I use Shepard's for all of my business and personal needs. As a contractor, timeliness, customer service, and quality products are important to me. Levi and his team always come through for me. Highly recommended!

Shepard’s Glass did an amazing job on a very specialty piece of angled glass we needed cut for a DIY corner desk. Other glass shops in town wouldn’t even do a custom cut for us, and Shepard’s had our order cut and ready within 24 hours. The gentleman who helped me even carried it out to my car for me. When I placed my order, I asked several times for a quote or estimate as I didn't want to spend too much money. When I picked up my items, the total was $300! I was flabbergasted! 13 pieces of glass for my curio cabinets! I actually only needed 5 pieces, but decided to get extra. I wouldn't have gotten the extra had I known an approximate cost!
