The technician that came out to check the system was Caleb. He was very professional, informative, and kind. This is my first time having anything done with Montgomery, but I would recommend them to others solely because Caleb made this first experience so pleasant. Caleb is an awesome technician with great customer service skills.

Punctual, honest, and professional. Within two hours of calling my unit was fixed. A different company said my compressor was bad and tried charging me $2600. Montgomery came out and found the real problem and charged me accordingly. Saving me money and heartache. Their technician Garrett is a true master of his field. Me and my husband had an issue with our ac unit and we had called Montgomery coastal cool out from highly recommended neighbor and they did not let us down. They came the very next day as they were very busy and fixed the issue in under an hour. Garrett knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix it!
