Jon came out for our second home treatment and did an excellent job. He was very informative, took the time to listen to our concerns, and clearly explained the services he was performing. Jon has a great personality and was very thoughtful when walking the property, making sure everything was addressed. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. David is the best pest control person, he even has organic soft chew treats for my dogs. I love their service, I use the organic pest control system. Worth every dime. Got rid of all my pesky bugs, even sprayed my roses. 🌹 The differences between other services is David. I have his cell phone number. David told me I am not just another number, I am important, so much so I have his cell phone and can call anytime.

We had an issue with some beetles in our house, and Urbanex had a service scheduled for us within 24 hours of me reaching out. David came and did our service, and he told me exactly what type of bug we were dealing with, what he was going to do to treat it, and what we should do to get the best results. His service was professional and quick, and our dog loved meeting him!
