I received prompt and professional service from Ilya Uvaydov, the technician. He was able to diagnose the problem with my ice machine and wine fridge, order parts and install quickly. And he communicated clearly throughout the process. Highly recommend!
After calling at least a dozen appliance repair places and getting nowhere, I’m really glad I found Ilya. Not only that, he was able to make the repair to my broken icemaker quickly, instead of trying to sell me a brand new one (as many companies would try to do).
