I received fabric with spots on it twice..nothing extreme but enough to make us want different fabric. Once with small oil spots..next with two black smudges..the second order I decided to just keep since I had enough to cut around the spots. When I called to inform the owner she insisted the first order was supposed to look that way and then without asking to see the second insisted that this wasn’t their fault…I was not placing blame or wanting to return anything..simply informing them for future orders from their supplier that this happened to me twice. A disappointing experience from a place that was highly recommended.

Mr. Ronnie brought life back to a rocker/recliner I purchased my husband about 15 years ago. He is so pleased with the way it turned out and can not wait to get it back home! Mr. Ronnie and his staff are all wonderful!!! He has a true gift to restoring furniture.

Back in 2019, I took a Coffee Table, and an end table, by Thomasville, to Upholster By Design & Furniture to redo, and Someone stripped the Brass Accessories off both Table Tops and applied a thin piece of white plastic in its place. Also, they sprayed it with Gold Paint that came off the Plastic whenever You touched it. Also, they charged Me a total of $411.95 cent, and gave Me the Tables back without doing anything other then ruin the Tables. This Company is very dishonest, greedy, and take full advantage of Poor Seniors. Please Beware of Jim Alford!!!

They do EXCELLENT work. I took them a throne chair that I couldn’t find anyone else to fix, It had two broken front legs and a few stains. To make a long story short, my chair looks brand new🥰.
