Upgrade Gaming PCs + Computer Repair

Our story began about one year ago. My teenage son had a basic HP gaming PC. He received a new graphics card from his grandparents for Christmas in 2024. We live in Shiawassee County and tried a local computer repair shop. After a very unsatisfactory experience, and almost three months in time, the 'new' build my son received wasn't up to par. Fast forward to this year. We found Brandon's shop online and took my son's PC to him to have it checked out last week. We found his shop to be very clean and organized. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable and very polite and professional! Within minutes he was able to tell us that the 'new' build we paid $800 for from the other shop wasn't new at all. There were many used and older components. The power supply to the new graphics card was installed incorrectly as well. Brandon asked for a couple of days so he could gather more information. He was very prompt and contacted me exactly when he said he would. He gave us a couple of pricing tiers, which included a trade in for store credit towards a new build. We ended up having him build a new gaming platform PC around my son's graphics card. We are very impressed with everything Brandon did. From the initial inspection of the PC to the quick turnaround time of the brand new build out, everything was excellent. I highly recommend Brandon for any of your PC gaming needs. When it's time to upgrade again, we will definitely be back to see Brandon. Thanks again for everything!

I had a great experience at this PC store. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget and even gave helpful tips for getting the best performance out of my setup. Brandon was amazing! He was able to get me a refurbished power supply for a very fair price! I went in and he was even nice enough to give me some of his time to help my get it hooked up and test it, he shared insights and helped me stress test my rig to make sure everything was working properly and was very thorough and willing to help educate me! I know I'm going to him for any upgrading or work with my PC, he's absolutely fantastic and a stand up guy!
