These two gentleman are the most knowledgeable and polite workers you can meet. I have sent many people here and always use them for anything phone related.

After taking my PC to Bestbuy Geek squad and having terrible communication and not being able to fix my pc. I dropped it off to unplugged and they diagnosed for me and found out it was the ssd was messed up they were able to replace it with an ssd card I had and get it back up and running within 2 days meanwhile communicating with me the whole time. Highly recommend them thanks.

I'd had an issue with the charger port on my phone for a while which was getting worse, and was sure I was going to have to replace it. I took it to Unplugged; they gave me a couple of options, and suggested trying the less expensive one of cleaning the port first. That took care of it and it's working with no problem! I was in and out in no time! The guys were great and provided excellent customer service at a great price! Very pleased!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had water damage under my phone screen, so I called and ordered a replacement through them. The screen came in quickly, and when I went in, the technician was extremely kind and easy to talk to. While working on my phone, he ran into an issue, but he didn’t give up—he kept troubleshooting until it was fully fixed. I even left to run an errand and came back to find it working perfectly. On top of that, I had mentioned my car was leaking antifreeze, and he went out of his way to check it for me.
