Unplugged Wireless Cell Phone & Computer Repair

I'd had an issue with the charger port on my phone for a while which was getting worse, and was sure I was going to have to replace it. I took it to Unplugged; they gave me a couple of options, and suggested trying the less expensive one of cleaning the port first. That took care of it and it's working with no problem! I was in and out in no time! The guys were great and provided excellent customer service at a great price! Very pleased!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had water damage under my phone screen, so I called and ordered a replacement through them. The screen came in quickly, and when I went in, the technician was extremely kind and easy to talk to. While working on my phone, he ran into an issue, but he didn’t give up—he kept troubleshooting until it was fully fixed. I even left to run an errand and came back to find it working perfectly. On top of that, I had mentioned my car was leaking antifreeze, and he went out of his way to check it for me. He even gave me some of his own extra antifreeze to keep in case I needed it for the drive. That’s above-and-beyond customer service at great prices. I’ll definitely continue to come back here for any phone issues in the future. Highly recommend!
