All my photos and videos have been saved! I was so impressed by how quickly it took to recover my files from an old computer I could no longer access. I called a few other places and some told me it's not possible. Others told me a price that was double what UCS charged me. So grateful to have my memories back! Thank you!
I have been so impressed with the service at United Computer! Morgan is knowledgeable and speedy at his work. He repaired my laptop and gave me tips for extending its life even further. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing computer repairs!
I was having some printer issues, and needed new batteries in two different laptops. Morgan took care of everything, and took the time to explain how to prevent issues in the future, at a very reasonable price. He is an expert in his field, and his accommodating customer service is as good as it gets. He's the "go to" guy for any computer issues I may have in the future. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've visited United Computer Service Inc several times during my time as a student of USU, and I have had a great experience every time. They listen to everything that's happening, ask a few questions, work very quickly, and are true to their time commitments. Most recently, I was troubleshooting a software issue that Dell support was going to take a long time to fix and charge a lot for, but United addressed the problem with me for a great price and had my computer back to me within a day!
