It was just a simple and short phone call for me to reach an actual human who easily determined that they had my part in stock and would hold them for my arrival. Easy to locate on a main road in Schenectady with plenty of off-street parking. Super quick and friendly customer service. My oven igniters are guaranteed for 1 year! And attached to my receipt was a 10% off coupon with no expiration date!
Very knowledgeable and very friendly. They have most parts in stock and will also order parts if necessary. I think it's the best business of its kind in the area.
Very nice and polite people there at United Appliance Parts (UAP). Needed a GE oven igniter asap and UAP had it for a great price! Just in time to cook our Thanksgiving turkey!
