My old furnace started acting up in the middle of winter. I was so frantic I finally found a company called ultra heating and cooling that came out and assisted me. Axel was so excellent and professional he told me exactly what was wrong with my system and also fixed it at a price that I could afford. He also gave me advice that I would be needing a new furnace in the near future. Axel was not pushy and he did not try to upsell me on anything but he gave me his genuine expert advice of what I needed to do in the future. It really felt nice to have a technician in your home that you felt you could trust and that understood your situation . I will always call ultra heating and cooling and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Ross and the guys are true professionals. I have used Ultra in the past and was impressed with the tech the first visit, so I called them again when I started having issues. They took the time to go through all the proper initial diagnosis with more simple fixes and escalated methods appropriately over time. Eventually having multiple sets of eyes the furnace to ensure parts replacement was truly needed. I appreciated how prompt and professional the service was. SECOND ROW of pictures is the system our neighbors had installed by a different company - though the system's are not the same, you can clearly see the difference in professional installation by caring professionals vs. a company that does not seem to care. We had our entire system replaced by Ultra this year. They were professional, clean and their workmanship/results is superior. The other system (marked out name) shows lack of care and pride in their work - left a mess and did shoddy work.
