Twin Rivers Body Shop

I hit a deer on November 9th 2022 doing 70 mph. Jim and his crew got my car in the next day at not fault to them and how hard it was to get parts and my insurance being lame they worked their tail ends off for 1.5 months and I got my car back today they were also kind enough to let me use a loaner car as a single mom of 2 boys I am blessed they were able to help me out!!! I highly recommend this body shop for everything they do body work wise I have a special paint color on my Ford edge and you can't even tell something happened to it!!! 5 stars from me!!!!

I wish I could give Twin Rivers Body Shop 6 out of 5 stars. This review is long overdue. I was driving through Nebraska on a trip out west (from Wisconsin) in July 2014. I had an accident in North Platte while stopping at a truck stop in which my car received extensive damage (the entire front was ripped off). The next day, all auto body shops were closed (including Twin Rivers). We decided to call Twin Rivers and Jim (the owner) picked up and stated that he would be able to take my towed car that day. Later on that day, with no taxi service in North Platte, Jim was able to arrange for us to be picked up from the hotel, take care of insurance estimates, and let us use a loaner car (for free) until the next day when the car rental shop opens up. We would be coming home through Nebraska again in a little over a week and Jim stated that the car would be done by then. After a great vacation out west, we came back to North Platte to a car that was exactly as it was before the accident. All repairs were completed with a professional touch. The service,friendliness, and professionalism we received exceeded all exceptions. He even gave us an air freshener for the stinky trunk of our rental car. Jim and his staff at Twin Rivers Body Shop handled everything to near perfection. Because of Twin Rivers Body Shop, I was able to experience the vacation of a lifetime. Highly Recommend!
