By far the best tire shop in North Platte, not only for personal cars and trucks but for semi trucks as well.. I just got a set of tires I ended up not liking them due to road noise I brought them back and they exchanged them no charge to a better quality tire that was a little more money but the salesman Alec and the boss man chance were able to work it out and get me a great set of mud tires for no extra absolutely the best people to have worked on my trucks. Won't go anywhere else

I can't say enough good things about Chance and his crew. I have relied on his knowledge for years and honestly have never been disappointed! Now that he has his own shop the customer service has definitely taken a major step up! (Not that it was bad in the past). I Called him and he helped me out of a bind I should have never been in. When talking about customer service, a same day pickup and delivery when it was crunch time to get to a family gathering, Fessler Tire came through. I HIGHLY recommend their knowledge and service.
