I had my desktop borken while replacing a graphic card. I called him during saturday even google shows it is closed, and he picked up the phone. While the computer shop (his competitor) on renton downtown says open at 11 but no one there. He get my PC fixed and listed all detail stuffs he did. Looks very professional to me. Only one thing to remember: DO bring cash or check to pay!
My laptop was hacked. Some malware was downloaded. I took my laptop in at 12:00 PM today Oct 30th, he was very communicative, called to ask a few questions about when the malware may have been installed. He scrubbed all of the malware off my computer and checked on what the hackers may have done while having access and had the laptop cleaned and back to me by 6:00 PM. So relieved that we have someone in the neighborhood that we can run to who will help in such a stressful situation. Thank you.
Really quick reply time and the owner is a workaholic. I had an inquiry and was in the store within an hour's time. Shade the owner is really knowledgeable and upfront about pricing and potential options for a repair. He sent pictures during the process, and was very communicative during the whole process. Had the fix done overnight!
The vibe of the store is great, and the owner is welcoming and very friendly. But most importantly, they diagnosed the cause for my broken laptop very quickly, and honestly. They sent lots of pictures and made great recommendations about what to do. Plus the cost of the diagnostics was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Came in to re-paste my laptop due to terrible thermals and performance. Was able to gain a 30% improvement in benchmarks. Great and quick turn over was able to get my laptop back to me day of drop off!
