Tulsa Grout Restoration

Tile work review. After a lot of review reading on multiple Tile Restoration companies and several quotes, we went with Tulsa Grout Restoration. They did a wonderful job on our shower (penny tile and regular tile mix), two bathroom floors and a countertop. Backstory is we moved into a new build where they hadn’t sealed the grout, but we didn’t realize it for a while. So not only was construction dust in all the crevices, but our daily soap and general use were too. It was pretty grungy after 3 years and weekly cleaning wasn’t removing it anymore. JD and Ruth did a wonderful job and it’s so bright and brand new looking now! There was a small section in the corner of the shower that didn’t quite take and they were out within days to make it right. Thank you both for a job well done.

Tulsa Grout Restoration was recommended to me by my cousin and her husband when I told them of issues I was having with my shower seemingly leaking (no tell tale puddling outside the shower itself but the grout on the outside of the shower looking like it was dissolving). JD came to my house within a day or two of my call and explained to me some of the soil issues experienced in Oklahoma (we had just moved here from Colorado - different issues there) and showed me the multiple cracks that had developed over the years as a result. He gave me a quote which included cleaning and removing the compromised grout, replacing with new and sealing all. He also suggested that the flooring in the bathroom as well as the grout around the tub be renewed so that all would match in color and age. He and his wife Ruth (they are quite the team!) spent the bulk of the day doing as was quoted and we happily have a new and improved bathroom!! They addressed the problem with a minimum of inconvenience on my part at a price point that was more than fair. JD and Ruth are professional and knowledgeable and take great pride in their work.
