Tuffy's Sewer and Drain

I'm so grateful we called Tuffy's. Sherry was very helpful on the phone and in setting up the appointment. Chris and Austin came out to our house on New Years Day and cleared the house trap after two other companies had unsuccessfully tried to clear the line that week. They got the line cleared in a matter of minutes with and saved us from an extremely expensive house trap removal project. I highly recommend them based on this service.

We have been using Tuffy's Sewer and Drain for years now. Our plumber recommended them to us. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherry for 12/4/19. On 12/4/19 Sherry called me and said Chris and Andy may be a little late due to problems with their truck on 12/3/19, they were catching up. I thought that was very kind to call ahead to let us know. They did not arrive much past the time they had originally scheduled, which amazed me. When Chris and Andy arrived they cleaned three lines, two bathroom and our kitchen. I called Tuffy's first thing in the morning (before their posted business hours) to schedule an appointment. Sherry was very helpful and polite on the phone and was able to accommodate me into their already booked schedule for the day. As promised Chris and Andy showed up this morning and got to work right away. They made it look pretty effortless running their equipment to clear out my sewer line (there were a couple of root balls clogging the line).
