They arrived on time, communicated clearly every step of the way. The project was completed on time by their professionals Evan and Alex. They left my home in a spotless condition. We got connected to Milestone through our realtor, John Danielson, and boy, oh boy are we glad to have been introduced this group. They've been there for us in emergencies, throws of new home ownership, and when we've needed small fixes. From the time you reach out to them to the time they pull out of the driveway after finishing their job, I always feel totally taken care of. Their customer service is top notch (shout out to Allie and Katie). Their guys are kindest and most knowledgeable (shout out to Tyler, Kevin, and Will). Often, I feel like it's my dad or older brother who has come over to lend a hand! The company's work exceeds the phra... Milestone Plumbing was fantastic to work with! We needed to coordinate with Milwaukee County to have our meter replaced, and the meter technician noted that there was no copper leader from the meter. Milestone promptly came out and replaced the required section. They handled pulling the permits and scheduling the inspection, making the entire process extremely easy. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Milestone Plumbing for any job—they were very reasonably priced, and Jessie, Kevin, and Allie were all a pleasure to work with.
