My home had a porch roof collapsing that had been built on a raised concrete porch. The concrete porch had begun cracking, and settling causing the wooden roof support beam to crack. I requested the contractor for TruBuilt company to come evaluate the damaged roof. I requested them to provide me instructions how my roof may be repaired and saved. I was informed the roof would need to be raised back into position and the cracked beam would need to be repaired or replaced. The contractor then instructed that the concrete porch would not be able to support the roof. They instructed the best way to support the roof is to build a well supported wooden porch with a trex flooring. The contractor quoted a price to repair the roof and build a well supported porch over the concrete porch. We signed a contract, and his crew arrived on Monday morning to begin work. The old concrete porch had 5 concrete steps into the front door. It required one man a full day working continuously with a jackhammer to break up and remove the steps. This was the best production crew I have ever observed working on a project. This crew stayed busy every minute they worked on this project. They did not take any breaks from their work except to eat their lunch at the work site. Joshua the owner of the TruBuilt company made frequent visits to the work site. He evaluated the progress of the work, and answer any questions I might have. He also discussed the project with his crew while I listened. From start to a finished contract it required less than a full week to complete. At the completion of the contracted work, I was thoroughly satisfied with the completed product. I was genuinely surprised how the new porch and repaired roof had improved the look of my home. I am covinced the work completed on the front of my home has increased the selling price if I should want to sell. I would recommend this company for any type of contracted building needed. In fact I am waiting to receive an estimate from this company for another project on my garage. I would give the TruBuilt Company a 5 star rating for experienced crews, and to complete a project in a minimum of time.
