The shop manager is very kind and knowledgeable. My 3 year old son who loves drums (and is actually quite good) came with me to get some drum brushes. The manager let him play other instruments in addition to the drums to try out the new brushes. They were very accommodating to them is budding musician who is able to play gently and respectfully of instruments. Thank you
I wanted to take a moment to leave a ( Postive ) review regarding Troubadour music. A very kind and caring crew. I was greeted by Ryan who helped me with all my questions & needs I had regarding my Epiphone Les Paul. Their repair Shop was able to make any needed adjustments doing a proper job. Thank you much! Troubadour is the most amazing music shop in Corvallis. The staff are so incredibly helpful and informative regarding basically any question you might have. They have gorgeous instruments all throughout the store and an inspiring ambiance. They have done instrument set-up on multiple instruments of mine and do an amazing job and explain the process clearly and professionally beforehand. I would recommend this shop to anyone from beginners buying their first instrument to experienced players with miscellaneous needs.
I never knew this place existed until recently and I love this place. I came in to trade my electric for acoustic and I was helped right away by Ryan. He helped me pick out the right guitar for me and taught me all the differences between the different acoustics and how the wood effects the sound. He gave me a fair trade deal on my current electric guitar and I went home with an amazing acoustic which I am in love with. I would recommend going to this place if you are looking to get into guitars or need a repair.
I do love Troubadour Music because the people there treat me like a friend and not just another customer. I have experienced great customer service combined with honesty, integrity and a fair price. The picture I have included is of the store owner, Kent Buys, making some expert and insightful repairs to my old guitar which made it play so much better. Just one of the many times that I received excellent service.
