I have been using the Wayfinder app as a school bus driver for several months. I do not find it intuitive and from what I hear from staff that works with representatives from trans finder. The technical liaisons do not have a very good understanding of what is needed as well. The primary issues are being able to use the services in a timely manner, ability to correct mistakes without additional staff. Students ID’s at times will not scan and the software itself needs to be revised to allow for inevitable errors.
