We had a window with a broken seal replaced, and and two casement window hardware replaced. Ben was responsive, professional, friendly, and thorough. Our casements are over 50 years old, so it took a little while for the parts to come in. Ben kept us updated during the wait. When the parts were in, Ben returned and did everything in a few hours.
