We had a window with a broken seal replaced, and and two casement window hardware replaced. Ben was responsive, professional, friendly, and thorough. Our casements are over 50 years old, so it took a little while for the parts to come in. Ben kept us updated during the wait. When the parts were in, Ben returned and did everything in a few hours. We are thrilled with the results. Overall costs were fair and we were very happy with the final results. I would use Top Value Glass for any future jobs we might need, and recommend them to anyone looking.
One of the windows at our business was cracked, so when I called for an estimate, they responded right away. They were very nice and courteous, and helpful in explaining what was needed to get the job done—it’s an older building so the replacement window needed to be up to code. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them.
