I had an issue with the DEF system in my diesel pickup truck. Not only did they fix the problem quickly but at a substantially lower price than the dealership (in LV where I bought it) quoted me. The entire experience was wonderful beginning with Kat & Jen in the office, Brandon’s initial review of the problem and Frank doing the repair. I highly recommend Top Notch Fleet! This was my second experience with Top Notch. The first was very positive, the second not so good, I called and ask if the repaired VW engines, the answer was yes, so I took my VW dune buggy in for repair, The issue was the carbarator. I was charged for three hours work adjusting the carbarator. I was advised that the carbarator could not be adjusted, It needed a carbarator kit an addition charge of $500 to the already charge of $800, I declined and paid the $800, It was clear to me that their experience with Volkswagens was limited, I can purchase a new carbarator on line for under $100 and estimate the time to replace it would be an hour. I will complete the work myself. They are good with motorhomes and big rig trucks.

The folks and service is truly "Top Notch"! Kat, Jen, Brandon and Frank are the best! So knowledge and personable, which is rare today! We are full time travelers. We had an electrical issue with our house batteries. We were able to get an appointment in two days! Since our issue was an intermittent problem it was hard to diagnose. They worked for hours going through our rig trying to determine the problem. In the end, we ordered a regulator to have on hand and they were kind enough to accept our shipment!
