The quality of materials and workmanship for my project was extremely poor. We spent about $90k on fencing and gates for our new home in 2022 and everything is already falling apart. They used to thin of metal to support my 20 and 25 ft entry gates so the welds have broken and the metal bent from the weight of the gate opening and closing. The wood quality was very poor and installed incorrectly. They used interior self taping screws and split the wood when installing so I have had to replace about %30 of the wood originally used. The customer service and warranty is terrible. When I reached out to Justino I had to message him multiple times to get a response and when he finally did respond I was told that “it’s out of warranty”. I am now having to fix the gates my self. For a $90k project I expect these gates to hold up from a decade at least before things have to be repaired. The gates and fencing is only 3 years old and I have had problems from the get go. Do not use this company if you value your money and quality work. You will get cheap materials at a premium cost with little to no customer service.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Our biggest regret is paying these people for our side gate. So many things have been bad. It would take too long to name everything. The quality of the work on the frame was not good. They came back to fix some of it after we requested better work, they came back a few times (took them forever, didn’t communicate with us, no urgency etc) and it still looked so crappy. We let it go. We just wanted to be done with them. They gave us a small discount for all the “trouble”. It’s only been about one or 2 months and there’s already alot of chipping in the black paint. The handle/latch is NOT working so we are now having to pay elsewhere to get it fixed. We looked up the keypad they used online, which is very cheapy and they surely double charged us for it. I am seriously confused with the “good reviews” online. They definitely fooled us. Biggest heartbreak and regret going with this company. Save your money and go elsewhere, they are NOT worth it.

Justino, from Top Choice Fencing, has an amazing team. The fence and gate are of solid construction. He came highly recommended from a coworker and I have no regrets. If you’re looking for a reasonable price with the highest quality fencing, Top Choice Fencing is the way to go. Although I only had one side of my yard fence replaced, I will use Justino again for the other sides as well as my pool fence. Stay tuned for a review on the pool fence.
