⭐ **1 Star – ⚠️ STRONG WARNING: Do Not Hire This Company Zip Appliance damaged my refrigerator during an inspection by scratching the doors, then flat-out denied responsibility and blamed me. The refrigerator was in good condition before they arrived. Their response was unacceptable. Instead of taking accountability, the only thing they offered was a service fee refund, which does nothing to repair the damage they caused. No apology. No real solution. Just excuses and finger-pointing. This is a serious red flag. If a company can damage your property in your own home and then refuse to stand behind their work, they should not be trusted. This is not how a professional service operates. Document everything or avoid this company entirely. I regret hiring Zip Appliance and would not recommend them under any circumstances.

I scheduled a service call to inspect an old built-in fridge, which I specified… old, built-in, SubZero. They asked me to send detailed pictures of the fridge and the manufacturer tag. The tech that showed up was early and very friendly. He inspected it, confirmed it was a bad compressor and also needed a seal that they didn’t make anymore and no aftermarket substitute was available. That was the easiest $250 I’ve ever spent in my life. I don’t understand what was the point of the pictures sent days ahead of the appointment if not to verify it was something they could actually work on 🤷‍♂️
