We had Nate and Delano out today and they were awesome! Service was super quick as well. Nate walked us through what the issue was and how to fix it, as well as preventative measures to keep our plumbing intact. Both men were very friendly and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend.
We called T&J Rooter Service for a pipe leak under our Kitchen sink. Our Plumber Andrew came to our home for our repair, he was very efficient knew his job so well. He explained what we needed and fixed our problem with no trouble at all. He was so respectful to us explaining what needed to be done. Ricky Temple was professional and courteous from start to finish! He introduced himself right away and with credentials in hand, wore shoe coverings before even knocking, explained everything thoroughly and also provided an explanation for future maintenance. He answered many questions with patience and responded the answers with confidence and knowledge. Far cry from my previous experiences with plumbers that would show up late, just “scratch” their heads and not give me answers and/or solutions! I highly recommend this company and will confidently give them referrals.
