Buyer beware. We bought a replacement ice maker from them in August of 2025. They had to come out a couple of weeks after to fix it again. Now the ice maker is leaking all over the inside of my freezer in January 2026, and they will not address it unless I pay a $99 service fee to even come and inspect it. Sam then explained to me that he will send a techinician out to take a look, but the service call starts at $99. So, they decide if they are responsible or not for the damage, then they decide if you need to pay the service fee. We had a great experience getting our oven repaired by Mike. He reminded me of the guy from This Old House — calm, knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. He walked me through what was wrong in simple terms, explained the fix, and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. Within a short time, the oven was back up and running perfectly. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his craft and values quality workmanship. If you appreciate old-school professionalism, clear communication, and someone who treats your home with respect, this is your guy. Highly recommend.

Kraig came out to diagnose my machine and was incredibly thorough and professional. While he could have repaired it, he was honest and transparent in explaining that the cost of the repair would be more expensive than purchasing a new unit. I truly appreciated that level of integrity. Even more valuable, Kraig took the time to walk me through how the machine works, what failed, and what to look for in a replacement. Ross made today’s service quick, easy and painless! He was on time, informative and very quick to diagnose and remedy the problem. Not only did he do his job well but he was kind, cleaned up after himself and friendly. He went an extra step above and shared with us what the call would have cost had we not been on the repair plan which allowed us to see just how beneficial it is.
