Craig was pleasant and informative when telling me about the needed repair. He explained why the dryer needed the additional part along with the fuse. He broke down the charges, told me about the additional charge for a credit card and spoke to me about your warranty plan. And he grew up only a few houses down. :) In addition, I'd like to say I have always received great service from Ace Appliance. The service department, from the person taking the service call to the service person coming into my home, are always a pleasure to work with. Thank you and keep up the good work!
