I can't say enough good things about Commercial Cleaning and Restoration, Tucson, AZ! From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had major water damage due to copper pipe leaks in the slab of our home, and they arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and got to work immediately. Manny Rivera (owner) was on site the next morning to assess the damage and give cleaning and restoration estimates. The restoration process was smooth and efficient, and they kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their attention to detail—not only did they clean and restore the affected areas, but they also made sure everything was sanitized and safe for our family. The crew was respectful of our home and treated it like their own. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine care, but CCR absolutely delivered. Great communication from front office and project director. They worked with my insurance company seamlessly to take the load off of us. Their techs are top notch. Commercial Cleaning & Restoration did such a great job cleaning our carpets. Sean called to let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and got right to work. Cleaning the carpets took about an hour and a half. There were some pretty nasty stains from the appliance delivery people who tracked in who knows what onto the carpets when they delivered the new fridge. Sean got all the stains out and the carpets looked even better than when we moved in. Making and appointment was so easy as well. Christine, who is the project manager, was a pleasure to work with. We had an all-around great experience with this company. I can't recommend them enough.
