We brought in two rings, one for resizing and one to get polished and cleaned. What beautiful results! They look like brand new, and the resizing is flawless, fits perfectly. And so affordable, we left behind a third ring to get the same treatment!
We have such a special history with Timothy Grant Jewelers. My husband purchased a ring for me here when we were dating. Sadly, it was lost before we got engaged. We always talked about replacing it, but life happened and we never did. This past Christmas, my husband surprised me with a new and improved version of that original ring. My plan was to wear it stacked with my engagement ring, but once I tried them together, it just didn’t feel right. I still wanted to wear it though, especially on days when I’m not wearing my engagement ring. The challenge was that my right hand is slightly larger than my left. I’ll be the first to admit I am not an easy customer. I was very indecisive and in and out of the store more times than I’d like to admit. Timothy Grant truly went above and beyond, taking the time to make sure my ring was sized perfectly and exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured, only supported. I am so grateful for the care, patience, and craftsmanship. Thank you so much. I absolutely love my ring. 💍
I have had multiple multiple jewelry repairs done by Timothy Grant over the last year, including ring resizing, soldering, and re-plating white gold. Every service was done beautifully and within several days. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the repairs were reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Took my engagement ring in to have prongs restored, married since 1972, this is the second time I needed to have them restored. They said they would dip it as well so I left my wedding band too. Said they would be ready in 10 to 14 days. 13 days days later I went to pick them up and they are beautiful!!! Lovely work, lovely people.
Find another jeweler. They lack attention to detail and are not experts. I went in to replace 1 small diamond of 4 on my ring. Tgey claimed they fixed the 1. When I picked it up some thing was noticeably wrong with how the old relative to new looked. In showing the difference and questioning if something was buffed or why they were now scratched, they just suggest it’s an old ring and they’d be happy to replace the other diamonds. I went to two reputable jewelers today for cross check. They said there are currently NO diamonds in this ring. They took my diamonds. I am going to seek to file a complaint, get my money back and if needed, will look at taking legal action. I hope this post helps others.
