A big THANK YOU to JOE for making our carpet purchase go smoothly and seeing the entire process through. It took a few visits for us to pick out our carpet. Joe was so knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure for us to make up our minds. Once we decided on our carpet choices, Joe took care of everything including an after installation blemish. Joe made sure it was corrected quickly & professionally! My husband and I absolutely love our new carpet and are so pleased with the exceptional service that we received. Terrific experience with this store! Our salesman, Joe, at the East Syracuse store was great. Low pressure sales approach, but always available to answer questions and help. The whole process was easy, fast, efficient, and low-stress. Delivery team was fantastic. Installation took about 3 hours for 3 bedrooms. Our rugs look and feel amazing; the whole family loves them. ❤️
