Thunder Ray Auto is hands-down one of the best auto shops in Grand Forks. From oil changes to major repairs, they’re always friendly, transparent, and leave you feeling confident that they’re taking your concerns seriously. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch service with genuine care for their customers.
My son brought his car in expecting one service but received a different one that works just as good, and saved him money considering he is a college student at UND. I spoke with Ray and was impressed with his honesty, integrity, and willingness to make sure his customer is completely satisfied with all work. I will not take a vehicle anywhere else.
Best repair shop ever! Like their website says, they do it right the first time. I had some issues with my check engine light, and the previous place couldn’t seem to get to the bottom of it. But Thunder Ray’s did! They answered my questions and listened to me explain everything that was going on. When you auto repair done right the first time, do yourself a favor and give Thunder Ray’s a call…you’ll be glad you did!
I was from out of town and needed some difficult work on my transmission. Ray and his friendly professional crew went the extra mile to solve the problem, making sure I was informed each step of the way.
