Brought my truck in to be serviced for its check engine light, and as soon as I walked up Cody Paul greeted me with a smile and was very polite and courteous. He gave me quick updates with every new update he had, especially like the multi point inspection he sent, he deserves a raise. Overall a great experience, thank you very much, Cody Paul and Rydells!

I’ve been using Rydell service for my truck‘s needs since I moved to Grand Forks a year ago. I have been consistently impressed and today was no exception. I had a stabilizer link bar go out late last night and they were able to get me in and out last minute today. Always appreciate the fair service and honesty that I have not received from big dealerships previously. Special shoutout to Shane, he’s been a very helpful advisor multiple times. Thanks to Rod Troftgruben and the Rydell service department. I unfortunately had an issue with my pickup. I called and talked to Rod, he lined up a tow truck and an alternate vehicle for me while my vehicle is being repaired, all within a half an hour.
