Service Department - Rydell Chevrolet GMC

Thanks to Rod Troftgruben and the Rydell service department. I unfortunately had an issue with my pickup. I called and talked to Rod, he lined up a tow truck and an alternate vehicle for me while my vehicle is being repaired, all within a half an hour.

I had my car serviced here and had an excellent experience. Cody was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!

Brought my truck in to be serviced for its check engine light, and as soon as I walked up Cody Paul greeted me with a smile and was very polite and courteous. He gave me quick updates with every new update he had, especially like the multi point inspection he sent, he deserves a raise. I’ve been using Rydell service for my truck‘s needs since I moved to Grand Forks a year ago. I have been consistently impressed and today was no exception. I had a stabilizer link bar go out late last night and they were able to get me in and out last minute today. Always appreciate the fair service and honesty that I have not received from big dealerships previously. Special shoutout to Shane, he’s been a very helpful advisor multiple times.
