Great experience with Sal - stopped on his way home since his other staff were already on calls. Good communication - including texting with pics before he arrived so he could arrive ready. In no time he fixed a corroded outdoor faucet that was spouting water. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. Glad I found him.

We had a great experience with Thumbs Up! They were responsive and able to get us an appointment quickly. Eddie was a dream to work with. He was very communicative about the repair plan and potential issues that could arise and, once finished, walked me through the job so I understood the original issue and what to do to prevent it from happening in the future. Sal is great. I needed a new outdoor spigot and a PRV. Very responsive when I reached out to him. We nailed things down over text (which I appreciate). Friendly, professional, not pushy or sales-y, just wants to do a good job and reasonably priced. All that together beat out the others I reached out to. On the job it was the same. There was a bit of a snag where replacing the spigot wasn't quite as straightforward as it should have been but only due to my old house. Sal kept it cool, spent the time to figure out the right solution and got it all done. I'll definitely be calling on him again.
