I would like to take a moment to thank you for sending Nicholas Warner to my home yesterday. Nicholas did an excellent job inspecting a room where I had experienced some leakage. He returned promptly and made the necessary repairs, including securing the nails and applying silicone to ensure everything was properly sealed. I feel much safer and more confident knowing the work was done so thoroughly. He explained everything extremely well, answered my questions clearly, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism.
