Quality products and nice staff but lacking in customer care follow up when products were faulty and had to be reordered. Didn’t appreciated having to make do with floor products when my ordered product was broken on delivery. Not good communication. Pity - I had heard good things but disappointed.
I have met the owner of The Plumbing Place, but I don’t have his contact info. If I did, I would write to him and tell him that you are probably the best customer service representative I have ever worked with, bar none. Your willingness to help, even years after our purchases are truly exemplary and it will keep us coming back to your store. We refer all our friends to The Plumbing Place, not only because of the quality products, but because you stand by them and help us fix even the smallest of issues.
Great selection of plumbing fixtures. It really helps to handle the items instead of selecting online. Most important the staff is highly knowledgeable and will give great advice. I purchased a new kitchen faucet here two years ago, it is working exceptionally well with no problems. My plumber could install it with ease, and it was several hundred dollars less expensive than the famous label brand I had been considering. Although they have those too if you want them. This place and their staff are amazing.
The Plumbing Place was the second place we visited. We felt like we were settling on fixtures at the first place. Here, Lisa is amazing. We got the right person. She is very knowledgeable and did not rush us. She gave us the advantage and disadvantages between different fixtures for our style of remodel. The plumber commented that we purchased high quality fixtures. She was very helpful, including questions after the sale.
I would like to send kudos to Lisa Woodruff for her excellent customer service. I had some warranty issues and without Lisa s help it would not have turned out as favorable as it did. Lisa and I spent 3 months emailing and phoning each other several times a week , and she was also communicating with the manufacturer. I didn t buy these fixtures from The Plumbing Place, but even so Lisa made every effort and spent a lot of time making sure I got a satisfactory outcome . I so appreciate all your time Lisa, you are the BEST !!! Anyone looking for a pleasant experience and a knowledgeable salesperson should contact Lisa , you won t be disappointed !
