The service I received today from Johnson and Sons Plumbing was absolutely amazing and nothing short of profound amazing customer service. My initial call was me thinking I needed a new hot water heater when I spoke to Steve the owner, he was very energetic, knowledgeable and extremely kind. He was able to not only give me a reasonable quote but also educated me on the water heater and gave me potential options. Matt came out and first assessed the leak and was so friendly and honest and told me my hot water heater was fine, and the drain line just needed to be cleared. I must say, I am truly impressed and have much respect for the service and honesty I received from Steve and Matt. Many places would just take your money, but they did not do that. They were honest, educational and super professional, which I truly appreciate, because it can be hard to find honest people these days. I would recommend them 10x's over and will definitely be calling them for any of my plumbing needs in the future. 10 out of 10 all day!! Thank you Steve and Matt for an amazing experience with Johnsons and Sons Plumbing!!
