Didn’t want to waste gas & time. Called to make sure they have phone case I want. Whoever answered was unhelpful & rude. Best Buy was more helpful & better price.

Great customer service. But the PINK SPOT brand accessories, especially phone covers, are JUNK. DO NOT BUY!! Why does P.S. not offer a refund? Because their products are garbage and don't last. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Boy are they expensive. A cheap cover is almost $20. I bought a Body Glove, excellent phone cover with certified drop protection, for $18 dollars. And it is returnable for a full refund. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

When I got referred to this location, when best buy didn't have what I needed.I honestly thought it was a strip club lmao. But no, they just have an incredible selection of every possible phone accessory, you can think of. Very helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere

Meee Girlie
I got a new screen protector that they installed wrong. I went back and they charged me more for a new one. That one was installed and within minutes, there was a huge bubble on the side of the screen. Went back and they just pushed the air bubble out. This morning the bubble got bigger and there was a crack on the screen protector. I went back again and the older lady up front said no one else was there and I had to come back on Monday. I'm flying out tonight back home. My sister, who goes there often and they know her, went in and miraculously, the other two women were there. I went back in and they said they couldn't help me. Thankfully I kept my receipt so they refunded me.
