Stronghold Foundation Repair

We have been wanting to build a house for our weekend getaway on the lower Sacramento River/Delta for many years. We found there is a lot of red tape and requirements to move forward. The engineer we used recommended Helical Piles in the foundation plan and we didn’t even know where to start. After asking our engineer and anyone else that would listen where to start, we ended up going with Stronghold Foundation. They were so helpful in dealing with process. From permits to communication. We now have our dream vacation home and SFR was so helpful in that process. We hired them originally to install the helical piles (which stop the foundation from sinking in the terrible delta silt) and to pour the new foundation. They did all that and more. They were so helpful in navigating what to expect and they help coordinate with sub-contractors after them. Thank You BK, Manuel, and Javier for all your help and going above and beyond. We are almost done.

This was difficult process in selecting a company to work on our house. The only company that that did not pressure sell us was Stronghold Foundation Repair. I am happy recommend Stronghold Foundation. They were honest, forthright, and explained what they were going to do and did what they said. Everyone from BK the General Manager, Adam the Estimator, and Danny the Forman were fantastic. We now have peace of mind that our home is safe thanks to Stronghold!

Our home was in contract & the day escrow closed, that evening our home started to leak. I sent out a text to this company & though the owner was home with a sick child, he responded within minutes. He said he would have his water intrusion specialist get a hold of me. BK called within minutes & was at our home shortly there after. My Husband was already in the state we were moving to & I was having to navigate this all alone to get it taken care of for the new owners. BK acted quickly to stop the water & got people lined up to take care of the work, as soon as I received permission from the new owners. All of the guys showed up for the roof repair & full certified inspection & they got everything figured out & solved within 2 days. BK also had a group show up to take care of the inside repairs, also completed within 2 days. BK watched over & fully inspected all of the work with the same care, I believe he would have given his own home. The bill was reasonable & the new owners were completely taken care of & have coverage for 2 years on the work & the certification in case of problems & I got to leave my old home knowing I had done everything correctly. My Husband was relieved that I had help & everything was as stress free as it could be for all involved in the situation. BK also went above & beyond with some guards for my gutters that should have been there already. He paid for & installed them himself for free...
