Went in Saturday to have front screen of iPhone replaced. They used a third party screen to replace it which resulted in the phone getting extremely hot and malfunction. Went to Geek Squad to fix it and they said the phone is completely destroyed and we have to buy a brand new one. Nothing was wrong with the phone when we brought it in. Idk what compensation we’ll get but this place is terrible. The right thing for them to do is replace the WHOLE PHONE!
They advertise a 10 am opening, but at 10:16 am, nobody was there, and multiple people were waiting outside. I went to Millennium Trenz instead—got in and out quickly!
These guys are top tier. They always take care of all my iPhone issues! They are the only reasonable price shop for screen protectors too!
