The PC Landing Zone

I am prefacing i did not rate this a one star because i don’t believe in that, but if i did i would’ve. I am very angry. I have called this location a week ago , 3 days ago, and today, to confirm that they did in fact do hdmi port repairs for the xbox series s. And i went to the tahlequah location and they confirmed that the muskogee location does these repairs. I come in today and i say “ Hi can you fix my hdmi port and clean my xbox please?” and then the man at the desk says “ We can’t do this.” I am a respectful person so i say “ alright.” and i leave. I talked to glenn each time and he confirmed it so why did i get there and have that happen. This is unacceptable.

Went and dropped off my Motorola 5G 2024 cell phone had the phone cracked they didn't have the part to fix my phone they said it would be $80 to fix the phone this is double what the phone even cost. They said they had to order the part and that they would charge extra if there was internal damage they could not tell me up front which leads me to believe the reviews on here where they are actually scamming and taking advantage of people and charging extra money. Thank God they did not start repairs I went to the store and requested to have my property returned to me immediately I'm not going to pay for service here or give them a penny especially after reading these reviews and my brief experience and interactions with them were not good. I do not recommend this place at all whatsoever . I would not take my anything here I would not trust to leave anything in their care they are completely unprofessional and it is almost criminal how they are operating their business. actually I believe it is. I don't recommend this place I'm glad I got my phone back. I will take it somewhere else that is respectful and professional . They also hung up on me twice . I am a woman so I feel like they were taking advantage of me due to my situation of breaking my cell phone screen and not being able to regain account access . I would rather figure out how to fix my phone myself then to let them do it.
