The Grout Medic did an absolutely amazing job on our tile! They were professional, efficient, and the results were better than I expected. Our tile looks brand new again—it completely transformed the space. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The Grout Medic experience was awesome! From estimate, to booking, and day-of, the customer service was top notch. I just closed on a home and the bathroom needed some major TLC. Great job! All the discoloration is gone in our 20 year old shower stall. Drain fixed. Had to call for extra help since it was stuck. Colleague was quick to show up and assist. Mold/mildew stains gone. Fresh grout and caulking. Answered all my questions about cleaning and appropriate cleansers to use. Prompt. Professional. It was an all day process and I periodically checked in. I made sure I understood exactly what they were doing so my expectations were realistic. Highly recommend!
