ProSteam Carpet Care & Restoration

I understand delays, but it took over one month to get my rug. And I had to call a few times. I was patient with the delays, but when I opened the rug it has dark rough patches in several spots!! - I am upset! I contacted the company but it takes long to get anyone to call back!

I would never refer this company ever. You clean around a loveseat and 2 chairs. And 2 bookcases. I would have called a company that Did a good job. Now I will have to call another company to get my living room carpet cleaned and pay someone else. You need to tell a customer that you won’t move anything. What a rip off company. They do not have any spot treatments. Unbelievable. The techs are rude you do not get a receipt for your money paid. I have never been so upset just trying to get what you paid for. Do not use this company if you are expecting a good job and nice employees.
