Mike was very timely with follow-through on my inquiry and provided an exact quote. Johnny was also very professional when he came to do the work and even called to let me know he was running 15 min late. He did excellent work and completed everything on time and as requested. I am very happy with everything and will not hesitate to call Grout Medic again!
We had a fantastic experience with The Grout Medic! Our tiled kitchen floor was in serious need of attention, and they completely transformed it. The grout looks brand new, the color is consistent, and the entire floor feels clean and refreshed. The technician was professional, punctual, and meticulous with his work. It honestly looks like we had a new floor placed.

Very happy with the outcome. We have several cracked tiles and the technicians repaired/filled them nicely. The cracks are totally unnoticeable. The guys were very nice and courteous. Did not even take a lunch break. I wish I knew someone who had tile floors. I would personally contact the to recommend Grout Medic. Thank You. Very Happy. I will post my recommendation on Next Door.
