Dan and crew did an amazing job on our Federal style two story full walk out. The James Hardy pre colored siding is beautiful. In addition to fully rewrapping and siding the entire house, they repaired damaged sheathing, soffits, and a "Romeo" deck, removed foundation stucco, prepped and painted foundation and , soffits, and trim. Delayed by days if rain, the crew worked l..o..n..g hours to make up for lost time. They were friendly, protective and kind to my kids and grandkids and took great care to cleanup each day. Already planning to have them reside my new home and rebuild the deck there.

D&D Contracting was absolutely wonderful to work with, especially Jax who did the actual work on my project. My house had a bunch of little areas that needed interior finishing touches such as trim installation, cleaning up existing trim, and detailed work on a indoor staircase with open sides. Basically, Jax came in and fixed my mistakes and somehow turned everything into something beautiful. He also came in to fix the projects we absolutely butchered trying to do ourselves. We finally waved the white flag and called in the pros, and I am so glad we did. I really appreciated the level of communication throughout the entire process. Most of our conversations took place through text messages, which I loved since it fits best with my lifestyle and gave me an easy way to reference what we discussed. We also had a few phone calls when necessary, but the text updates made everything feel smooth, clear, and convenient. They also came to my home before starting the project to really see what they were working with, to listen to my needs, and to have a better understanding of the space. That visit helped them provide a more realistic and accurate quote for the work, which I really valued and appreciated. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Jax did an incredible job explaining each step in a way that actually made sense to me, what to expect next, and was honest about certain limitations that came down to the character of my home itself. That kind of transparency and honesty stood out. This project took a few days, and throughout the whole process Jax and D&D Contracting kept me updated, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was happy with how things were coming together.
