I highly recommend Grout Medic! George was very thorough during the estimating process and Jesus did an outstanding job on both our showers. He explained before he started what he was going to do and he did a meticulous job. He also cleaned up all the old caulking and debris. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Great experience with the Grout Medic of NoVa. We received excellent guidance and advice from our estimator, who also efficiently tailored a work proposal to our specific needs. Our technician was fantastic - - technically expert, efficient, friendly, courteous, and clearly took pride in his work. Pricing was very reasonable. We're very satisfied thus far. All I can say is wow! We had to have a couple of leaks repaired in our bathroom which required tile repair and then also some re-grouting and resealing that the plumber suggested. I reached out to grout medic two months ago to give us a quote on refreshing the grouted areas throughout the home, but unfortunately, we had to focus on immediate repairs. I reached back out to George and he came out the very next day to quote us on the tile repair and re-grouting. George is always a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Grout Medic. George, who did our initial consultation, was very polite and friendly. He spent extra time picking the right caulk and grout colors to make sure I was happy with the final product. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful with scheduling. But the gentleman who worked on our grout request was the star of Grout Medic. He was on time, professional, and took pride in his work. When cleaning the grout, he brought to my attention that it was a different color and asked if that was okay or if we needed to explore different options.
