The Grout Medic of Northern Virginia

I had a great experience with Grout Medic. George, who did our initial consultation, was very polite and friendly. He spent extra time picking the right caulk and grout colors to make sure I was happy with the final product. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful with scheduling. But the gentleman who worked on our grout request was the star of Grout Medic. He was on time, professional, and took pride in his work. When cleaning the grout, he brought to my attention that it was a different color and asked if that was okay or if we needed to explore different options. Additionally, he pointed out missing grout I would have never noticed and caulked it so we wouldn’t have any leaks. Overall, my experience with Grout Medic was great and I highly recommend them!

Great experience with the Grout Medic of NoVa. We received excellent guidance and advice from our estimator, who also efficiently tailored a work proposal to our specific needs. Our technician was fantastic - - technically expert, efficient, friendly, courteous, and clearly took pride in his work. Pricing was very reasonable. We're very satisfied thus far. Of course, what matters most is how well the grouting and caulking perform over the weeks and months ahead, but based on all we've observed to date, we're optimistic and appreciate the professionalism we've encountered. I certainly recommend contacting and getting an estimate from the Grout Medic for any sort of grouting/caulking/sealing needs.

Calling The Grout Medic was a wholly excellent decision! Kelly replied to my online request for a quote very quickly. George was scheduled quickly to come out take a look at the work to be done and prepare a very satisfactory estimate. Within 2 days, Jason, a very knowledgable and courteous technician, arrived as scheduled to steam clean the tile & grout as well as re-caulk my walk-in shower. We have a perfectly cleaned & sealed 15 year-old shower that looks brand new! Very small investment for quality work! We will be calling the Grout Medic to help us maintain our showers, tub & tile every year from no on!

All I can say is wow! We had to have a couple of leaks repaired in our bathroom which required tile repair and then also some re-grouting and resealing that the plumber suggested. I reached out to grout medic two months ago to give us a quote on refreshing the grouted areas throughout the home, but unfortunately, we had to focus on immediate repairs. I reached back out to George and he came out the very next day to quote us on the tile repair and re-grouting. George is always a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable. The price was beyond reasonable and I had more than enough confidence the work would be done great. The technician Alex came out today and took his time and also kept me in the loop and asked me how things looked as he went along. Once the job was completed, it looks like a completely new tub and shower area. I am BEYOND happy with the results. This company is absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait to work with them again on refreshing the grout throughout our home. Highly highly recommend.
