I have used The Garage Door Company on two separate occasions, and both experiences were excellent. A few years ago, I contacted Greg to repair an older garage door opener (2007 model), and the entire process from start to finish was outstanding. More recently, when my garage door opener began malfunctioning, I called Greg again. He offered to come out the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and determined that a new opener was needed. After completing the installation, Greg went above and beyond by calling me and asking me to contact him when I arrived home so he could assist with the setup. True to his word, he patiently walked me through everything—downloading the app, connecting it to my Wi-Fi, setting up the camera, and programming the keypad. Greg’s communication skills are excellent, and I am extremely happy with the quality of his work and level of service. Without hesitation, I highly recommend The Garage Door Company for all garage door repair and installation needs.

I called Greg on a Monday afternoon about a remote issue I had. After talking with him, I realized I couldn’t get my old opener to work and that I really wanted a smart opener. Greg said I can be there Wednesday afternoon. I said let’s do it. From the moment he and Ethan arrived I saw nothing but professional and a serious attention to detail. Very refreshing to see someone generally care about their product and their customer. Had the new system installed quickly, fixed an existing track issue and taught us how to work everything. Can’t say enough how pleased we were ! Definitely a 5 star review
