The Freewheel Bike Shop

I brought my bike in because it had a flat tire. The shop fixed it quickly and did a good job. The workers were friendly and helpful. They also sell bike seats, locks, tire tubes, and tires for both electric and regular bikes. You can even buy new electric bikes there. One downside: I was charged $20 just for a brake adjustment on one wheel, which felt a bit expensive. Later, I noticed that the new tire I got from them didn’t even last me 100 miles. For comparison, the tire that originally came with my electric bike from the manufacturer lasted around 1,700 miles. Also, the new pedals I got only lasted about two months. So, my advice based on experience is this : if you need to replace parts, it’s better to order original parts directly from your bike’s manufacturer, and then bring them here just to have them installed. Trust me, it’s worth it in the long run.

Matthew and his staff are simply the best. Relaxed and extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Matt went above and beyond for me and my family. First ordered 2 e-bikes. They were able to get extras from the manufacturer and made accommodations to my wife’s bike that were a perfect suggestion. When received he went thru everything and we couldn’t be happier. Next, he was able on a moments notice to take another e-bike for a quick repair. This business is local and we are lucky to have this in our great city. Thank you Freewheel.
