Been here a few times for phone repairs and they do a great job.
I've seen people come needing to fix a setting on their phone they can't figure out and the staff patiently showed and taught them how to get what they need.
When asked "how much do I owe you?"
"Put a tip in the donation jar to help local kids be educated on electronics. The owner lives in Hermiston where the other CellFix is! He cares about our community and the kids here too. I met him, Tim was very nice and we had a good chat.
Lester and Perry run the shop and they are great too.
NOT GONNA LIE, paid way more than I expected for a screen replacement on my cell. But I think that's a function of the price of parts more than anything else. What I am here to say is that the staff at Cell Fix in LG took great care of me and went above and beyond to take care of me and my phone! 10 outta 10 recommend
I took my phone in because we had ruined the back on it. When I took it in, the front looked fine, but I got a call the next day saying that it had had a small crack, which when they had taken the back off had become a big crack, and now it was my job to pay $100 for it to be fixed. When I told them that we had not seen the crack, nor had it been noted when we brought it into the store, I was informed that was too bad. When I came into the store to pay for the phone, I once again explained to them that neither my husband nor I had seen the crack, to which I was again informed that sometimes there are very very small cracks that expand when they takeoff the back. At no point, when I dropped off the phone, had that been reported to me as a possible danger when replacing the back. And, at no point was there any accountability for them causing a large crack that eventually cost me an extra hundred. They told me they were running me a deal because they were not charging 250 to fix it . I have found I cannot afford any more of their deals, or their quality customer service. May you have better luck
In response to the cell fix, it was never fixed. The battery has broken the screen once again. So when they put in the new battery, it immediately expand it and the front screen problems has lifted off.
Harold was excellent 👍 didn't try to sell me anything, confirmed my connection of battery to phone was ok, confirmed no setting option for problem in question, and told me what to try and what to watch for. It worked, excellent!
I used this service to fix a screen on my phone that had been broken. The customer service was amazing! They were willing to answer any questions I had, they were patient with me and helped me make up my mind to use their service. I was very happy with them all around! A++ for these guys!
They even sold me a tempered glass screen protector to help me not break my screen again in the future and it is also fantastic. I recommend everyone look into getting one, they are great. Loved this place and would definitely highly recommend that anyone and everyone call or go in and talk with them for cell phone needs, they are fair, practical and know their stuff!!
