I was very impressed with Ben’s knowledge and professionalism. He brought my old phone back to life, saving me a lot of money and hassle. In the past if I had trouble with my phone I would have to go to my provider’s store where the “technicians “ showed little actual knowledge and could only offer me a new phone, keeping me on the hook with a new contract. Ben at Baker Wireless came to my rescue on the last day of 2021! My iPhone 11Pro suddenly died. I had over 40,000 photos stored on it and, yes, I had decided not to have iCloud backup! I figured that my 258 gb phone was sufficient to save my photos until I could back them up to an external hard drive. Fast forward to waking up yesterday to a phone that would not turn on, let alone display my precious ten years of photos! I called a local computer repair store that put me in touch with Ben. I left a message with my husband’s cell phone, thinking I would not hear back. However, Ben called back a few minutes later and said to bring the phone to him. A few hours later (after a some “hold your breath” moments) he said he had managed to revive my phone that had only a few bytes of operating capability left. I am SO appreciative and his hourly rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend his professional technical services! He saved my phone and the photos!
My tablet just died for no apparent reason. I took it to Ben and he was able to determine it was the battery. He was able to replace the battery and have it up and running within a few days of me taking it to him. I will definitely be using him again if I have any issues with my tablets/phones.
