The Broken Phone

My husband and I brought his Xbox series S to this shop about a month and a half ago after it shorted out during a thunderstorm (sorry it took so long to post the review), it took Levi about 10 minutes to find the problem and replace the part. He is super knowledgeable and can fix anything it seems! I cant speak on anyone else that works here, but if Levi is there then you can trust you are in good hands!! Would highly recommend!

We were drinking from dallas to New Orleans when my daughter's iPhone screen went haywire. I called ahead and Quarnell said he could meet us and would be able to repair the phone quickly. He was delayed a few minutes and actually called me back to make sure we would arrive at the shop at the same time and not be waiting for him! He fixed the screen and replaced the battery within 15 minutes and we were on the road again! Appreciate such professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency!

Non-apple brand iPad screen cost $129. It lasted less than two months then cracked. We were told pressing the home button too many times or too hard causes the screen to crack. No screen replacement offered. Poor customer service and quality of products. The cost of a new iPad is cheaper than two after-market screen replacements from The Broken Phone. Waste of time and money

I've been very impressed with the knowledge and capability of the staff at the Line Avenue office. I've taken 2 Samsung phones to them to fix functionality issues (so not just cracked screens) and was pleased with the results and the communication from the team both times. Also, they stand behind their work with a warranty. Nice.

These people are a great place for console repairs! Services are priced competitively, staff is prompt and responsive, and they do a great job. I brought in a PS4 Pro (very difficult to work with) with a difficult issue and they kept me updated and worked on it completely until it was finished and fully repaired. They were very patient with my inquiries and were pleasant to interact with. In the future i will bring any consoles/phones/devices here again for repairs!
