This is my second review. I have been using THE BRAKEMASTER MOBILE AUTO REPAIR for 6 years, maybe longer. I have no complaints. First and foremost, Chris knows what he is doing. He's an honest man, he does not try to suggest what is not needed. He is transparent with part and labor cost. The convenience of having a mobile service is a HUGE perk and somewhat gives him a reason to up prices, yet his prices are extremely fair. Sometimes when you spend money on unexpected things, it can feel like a pain in the you know what, but I have always walked away feeling like I got a GREAT deal. We have used Chris for several years on several different cars. He always comes out promptly, and takes his time trying to help us. One time he had a hard time pinpointing the issue. He was ready to leave, and came back and said he would try one last thing! He nailed it, and we were so grateful, because we had been given several issues it COULD be, and wasn't! Every single repair he has done, has been perfect, and we have not had any further problems with what he has replaced or fixed. I highly recommend him, and will use him exclusively.
